We tested Bazium's support service, and here are the results:
A response in the online chat was received within 3 minutes of sending a query. This is an excellent performance compared to other website builders, but there is a downside: the support is not available 24/7.
The support team offered assistance with website improvement: they inquired about our website creation goals and recommended which blocks to use. Additionally, they rightly suggested that we reduce the amount of text to make it more concise, thus enhancing the readability of the site.
ZOOM consultations work as follows: the user must select an available slot for the consultation in advance. The consultation lasts no longer than 25 minutes (apparently, there's a 5-minute break before the next user). The goal of the consultation is to demonstrate the "tricks" of using the website builder, answer key questions, and help create the foundation of the site. In our 25 minutes, we managed to connect a domain, create a one-page website on two screens with WhatsApp integration.

Bazium is the only website builder we found that passed the Google Pagespeed Insight test with a score of over 90 points. It also achieved the highest rating of A on both GTMetrix and Pingdom tests. For the test, we took the specialist website template (it was the first in Bazium's template list) and tested it on three services: Google Pagespeed, Solarwind Pingdom, and GTMetrix, which evaluate how technically prepared a site is for promotion. Bazium showed the best results among all website builders.
